Web Content Manager / Mercer (June 2023 - July 2024)

This job was performed in the Content department of the company through the Benify program, which has a programming language based on HTML5. Mercer is focused on marketing its Flexible Remuneration Platform to other companies, which manages various benefits, such as meal allowances, health insurance, childcare checks, among others).

Notable projects

Multi-country Total Compensation Website (Minor Hotels)

The first phase of implementation was carried out in Belgium and Spain. The project consisted of the creation of a page showing each employee's total compensation (flexible remuneration, social benefits and emotional salary).

Total Compensation Page (Air Products)

It had the same approach as the Minor Hotels project, but its implementation was only at a national level.

Corporate Benefits Page (SGS)

This project consisted of a page that separated the corporate benefits of each employee by themes: leisure, sports, health...).

Main clients

Internal Communication Trainee / Fujitsu (October 2022 - March 2023)

This job was performed in the Internal Transformation area within the CEO Office department, reporting directly to the Director of Fujitsu, Ángeles Delgado. Specially focused on carrying out initiatives that promote environmental, digital and social development.

Internal Transformation Portal

Divided into three sections: initiatives, environment and public relations. I was mainly in charge of the design of the page on the company's intranet, as well as content generation.

Fujitsu Global Initiative Contest

Those internal initiatives with greater relevance, I presented them together with my team to an international contest of the company, which would contribute to their financing.

Service Learning Project / Asociación PYME REAL (January 2021 - June 2021)

Elaboration of an Integral Corporate Communication Plan: Visual Identity Manual, Internal Code of Conduct, CSR Manual, Style Book, Advertising Pieces and RRSS Content and Timeline and Planning.

Aquellas iniciativas internas con mayor relevancia, las presenté junto con mi equipo a un concurso de la compañía a nivel internacional, que contribuiría a la financiación de las mismas.
